Health, Safety, and Professional Limits Notice

Effective: July 23, 2026 · Updated: August 2, 2026

Read this notice carefully before using the site or starting coaching with KR Kinetics. It specifies the nature of the service, its professional limits, situations that require a consultation, and the responsibilities necessary for safe practice.

1. Nature of the service

KR Kinetics provides coaching for training and general nutrition organization to support fitness, performance, and overall well-being. This is not a medical service, clinical assessment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, or nutritional treatment for a disease.

2. Professional limits

Kevin Racine does not act as a physician, physiotherapist, or registered dietitian-nutritionist. He does not make a diagnosis, does not modify a medical treatment, and does not replace the recommendations of a healthcare professional. When a need exceeds his competence, he refers the client to an appropriate resource.

3. Injury, pain, or medical condition

A training program can sometimes be adapted around already known limitations, but this adaptation does not constitute an evaluation or treatment of the injury. The client must obtain a professional evaluation when the situation is new, unexplained, persistent, worsening, or incompatible with exercise.

4. Nutrition and health conditions

The nutrition framework is not intended to diagnose, prevent, correct, or treat a disease. Anyone with a medical condition, an eating disorder, severe allergies, a complicated or high-risk pregnancy, potential food–medication interactions, or a therapeutic need should consult a registered dietitian-nutritionist, physician, or another qualified professional before or during the service.

5. Stop signals and emergencies

The client must immediately stop the activity and obtain appropriate help in the event of chest pain, loss of consciousness, unusual difficulty breathing, sudden weakness, a neurological symptom, acute pain, significant dizziness, or any other concerning discomfort. In an urgent situation, contact 911 or local emergency services.

Never report a medical emergency through Messenger, text message, email, or the site's form.

6. Duty to inform

The relevance and safety of the service depend on the information provided. The client must report any significant change. KR Kinetics may modify, suspend, or discontinue a recommendation when a risk is identified.

7. Results

Results depend in particular on the starting point, consistency, recovery, nutrition, sleep, health, and individual factors. No specific result or timeframe for results is guaranteed.

8. Liability

KR Kinetics takes reasonable measures to offer a service that is prudent and consistent with the information available. Nothing in this notice removes a right granted to the client by law or excludes liability where the law prohibits it.

For any question about the limits of the service or the suitability of coaching, write to Kevin Racine at kev.racine@krkinetics.com.
