How It Works

How It Works

From the free consultation to service setup: a clear path, no pressure, adapted to whether you want independence or ongoing coaching.

Who It's For

Who Is KR Kinetics For?

KR Kinetics is for people who want to stop improvising and follow a structure adapted to their level, constraints, and goals.

  • Motivated beginners who want to start on solid footing
  • People returning to training after a break
  • Clients who want to gain strength or muscle mass
  • People who want to lose fat and improve their fitness
  • Strength athletes who want more structured programming
  • People ready to communicate honestly and apply the recommendations

Coaching isn't built on a magic solution. It's built on a sound structure, consistency, and honest communication.

The Three Steps

  1. 01

    Book Your Consultation

Choose a time slot that fits your schedule and fill out the short pre-consultation questionnaire. This lets me prepare for an efficient meeting.

  2. 02

    Assessing Your Needs

We clarify your goals, experience, constraints, and the level of coaching that truly fits you.

  3. 03

    Setting Up Your Plan

If we decide to work together, your service is designed around your goals, schedule, and individual circumstances. The design timeline is confirmed in the written proposal before any payment.

Independence or ongoing coaching

One-time services deliver a complete structure designed to be followed independently, with a review period. Complete coaching builds your programming one week at a time and adjusts it based on real results, with a weekly check-in and communication during the active period.
